Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Overview

Our digital products—including scripts, MLOs, vehicles, characters, outfits, maps, etc.—are delivered instantly via download links or portals. Because they are non-tangible and irrevocable, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Despite our no-refund policy, we understand issues can arise. We may consider issuing a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis, only if all the following apply:

You contact us within 10 days of purchase.

You report a critical, verifiable issue (e.g. broken files or non-delivery) that we cannot resolve after troubleshooting.

The fault is caused by the purchased item—not by your server setup, other scripts, host, or misconfiguration.

3. Duplicate Orders & Non-Delivery

Refunds may be granted if you:

Accidentally purchased the exact same item twice (verified duplicate).

Did not receive the download link or files despite purchase and waiting up to 48 hours after contacting support.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team within 10 days.

Provide details: order number, purchase date, and issue description.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue. If unresolved and eligible, we’ll process a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal).

You’ll be notified of the outcome within 5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind, accidental purchase, or “doesn’t fit your server theme”.

Incompatibility with your server, VPS, host, or other mods.

User configuration errors or lack of technical knowledge.

Violation of our Terms or unauthorized sharing.

Requests made after 10 days from purchase.

6. Support & Resolution

We pride ourselves on excellent service. Our team is available to support installation, configuration, and usage—free of charge and for life.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

Voided license.

Loss of access to products.

Suspension or ban from future sales.

Permanent removal from store access.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon posting. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

In summary: All digital sales are final, but we’ll assist thoroughly. If a serious fault occurs and isn’t fixed, we’ll happily refund within 10 days—so long as you reach out promptly, provide details, and follow our support procedures.
